Size / Time

Each outdoor stall is approximately 3x3m while indoor stalls are approximately 2x2m.

The market runs each Sat and Sun from 10am - 4pm.

Gates for set-up open at 8am.

Allocations

We do not send out stall allocations prior to market day. Our staff are on hand to show you to your position.

You can request a specific spot by emailing us prior to your market day and we’ll do our best to oblige.

Items

Outdoor stalls are covered (yay, no need for a marquee) and we provide you with either a trestle table or stackable display cubes to help showcase your work!

You’ll need to bring everything else.

COVID SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

Sanitisation

Hand sanitiser is available for use upon entry to the market while each vendor must provide their own sanitiser for use at your stall.

Please ensure you sanitise your hands regularly throughout the day, particularly after eating or touching your face.

Cleaning

All high traffic touchpoints are to be sanitised at regular intervals throughout each event. This includes EFT terminals, tables, chairs and where practical, your own goods (eg jewellery).

Visitor Registration

All stallholders are registered and logged in the event of any outbreak.

We encourage you to keep a register of your customers where possible - including name and email address.

Distancing

Although our events operate outdoors, social distancing rules apply including maintaining a 1.5m distance to other customers and other stallholders.

We’ve amended our stall layout to ensure distancing can be observed.

We encourage contactless payment.

Attendance

If you have recently been sick, are showing symptoms of coronavirus or have been exposed to someone with symptoms, we ask you not to attend our events and seek prompt medical attention.

Vaccinations

Stallholders must follow the vaccination schedule outlined in the reopening roadmap.

Visitors are not currently required to be vaccinated until November 26.
